INTRODUCTION

Full-scale military invasion of russia against Ukraine, as well as the bloody terror of Islamic radicals in Israel have dramatically changed the face of modern warfare, ushering in a new era in which drone technology has become a fundamental element of asymmetric warfare. Today, the technological advantage over piles of iron and hundreds of thousands of soldiers needlessly dying is obvious. Those who fight at home, defending their country from bloody barbarians, understand this better than anyone else. Over the past two years, it has become an obvious fact that UAVs and EW systems represent a key resource in countering adversaries with predominantly conventional resources. To date, perhaps only two states in the world have understanding of a real warfare on home territory – Ukraine and Israel. Both countries are unquestioned ideological allies and also have reputations as strong technological world players in the field of advanced defense technology. Both countries, unfortunately, have the daily opportunity to study modern warfare in real, rapidly changing environments. Nevertheless, technologically advanced China, and regimes such as Iran and North Korea, have access to unconventional technology and production capabilities to effectively conduct modern warfare.

The concept of international cooperation platform proposed by WITKOWINGS is the synergy of Ukrainian and Western experience combined with the highly developed production and technological base of the Czech Republic, which will virtually eliminate the risks of leakage in technology transfer. This collaborative approach will lay the foundation for the development of advanced unmanned systems and strengthen the production independence of the NATO bloc and partner states, by coordinating strategic interests a partnerships.

The WITKOWINGS Center programs are designed for all categories of developers, manufacturers, scientists and specialists in the field of Air, Ground, and Maritime unmanned systems, Electronic Warfare, Robotic, Cybersecurity, Communication & Control Systems, as well as AI/Autonomous Software and Data Analytics & Processing. The WITKOWINGS Center provides a unique platform for international interaction between developers and sources of funding for their projects in the long-term cooperation perspective not only in the military but also in the civilian industry. The Center offers developers investment and partnership programs for international cooperation.

The WITKOWINGS Center can be attended by specialized defense and civilian manufacturers, scientific and technical organizations, individual developers, scientists and industry specialists, gaining access to the resources necessary to implement their strategic tasks.
