It is now clear that modern technology provides a major advantage over outdated methods that relied on heavy machinery and massive loss of life. Warfare has shifted from brute force to precision and strategy. Those who stand in defense of their homeland against violent attackers understand this best, as they witness how the right tools and tactics can save lives and secure victory.

The concept of international cooperation platform proposed by WITKOWINGS is the synergy of Ukrainian and Western experience combined with the highly developed production and technological base of the Czech Republic, which will virtually eliminate the risks of leakage in technology transfer.

This joint effort builds the foundation for developing advanced unmanned systems and increase the production independence of NATO and its partner nations by aligning strategic goals and strengthening partnerships.

The WITKOWINGS Center programs are designed for all categories of developers, manufacturers, scientists and specialists in the field of air, land and sea unmanned systems, electronic warfare, robotics, cybersecurity, communication and control systems, as well as artificial intelligence, autonomous software and data analysis and processing.

The WITKOWINGS Center provides a unique platform for international interaction between developers and sources of funding for their projects in the long-term perspective of cooperation not only in the military but also in the civilian industry. The Center offers developers investment and partnership programs for international cooperation.

The WITKOWINGS Center can be visited by specialized defense and civilian manufacturers, scientific and technical organizations, individual developers, scientists and industry specialists, gaining access to the resources necessary to implement their strategic tasks.

The WITKOWINGS Centre also participates in the interaction between the subjects of the defence industry complex, including in the framework of the supply of military products and dual-use goods, acting in cooperation with the following partner companies:

• ZARE CZ s.r.o., — holder of Permit for international trade in military equipment and materials, issued on the basis of the Law of the Czech Republic No. 38/1994.

• HMC Group s.r.o., — holder of Permit for international trade in military equipment and materials, issued on the basis of the Law of the Czech Republic No. 38/1994.

• TETERS, Ltd. — a developer, manufacturer and supplier of military and dual-use equipment, holder of the Military Production Licenseс issued by the Ministry of Defense of Latvia.

The initiator of the Center’s creation was the Czech engineering group WITKOWITZ, which is a member of the Ukraine Defence Industry Compact. The Center’s work involves coordination of its activities and cooperation with the ministries of defence of the Czech Republic, Ukraine, and other member states of the Drone Coalition.

Such cooperation largely involves allied donors participation in the provision of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with unmanned defence equipment manufactured in the EU in cooperation with Ukrainian developers.

The Center also offers developers of UAVs and electronic warfare systems investment and partnership programs for international cooperation that goes beyond the military-industrial complex.
