‌TERMS OF COOPERATION:

Technology transfer cost:

• Free of charge

  Technology transfer condition:

• 0,002% of the total turnover of the minimum exclusive annual production (deposit amount, deducted from the last payment of the total amount of the annual royalty fees).

  * If the minimum annual production volume (10,000 units) is not reached, the developer has the right to revoke the exclusive rights to use the technology without requiring compensation for lost profits.

  ‌Royalty fees:

• 10% per produced unit (fixed upon signing the contract based on the expected market sale price specified in the offer).

  ‌Cost of operating services:

• ‌€8,250 (services includes production of a prototype and transfer of a complete documentation package)
